Exercise

Experts agree: exercise prescription is the number one variable that contributes to longevity. However, training all systems appropriately while avoiding overuse patterns is often times the most challenging component.

Nutrition

Without optimizing nutrition, there isn’t a prescription, exercise, procedure, or supplement that will correct the metabolic fallout from dysfunctional eating habits.

Lifestyle

Finally, without elevating lifestyle habits, the other two disciplines become almost a moot point. Inadequately managing stress, allowing for poor sleep habits, or lacking purpose & personal connection will decimate beneficial exercise and eating routines.

At the end of the day, information overload and constantly tracking more data leaves most folks overwhelmed with information that they simply don’t know what to do with. Implementation > Information, so long as we implement the right variables .

I couldn’t be more appreciative for the impact Sean has had on my life. Initially, I came to him while dealing with orthopedic pain in my low back, knees and shoulders. At the time it was not only physically debilitating, but was also negatively impacting me in my everyday life. I had worked with a trainer in the past, but I felt like we were just “exercising” with no specific outcome or result in mind. I knew I needed help but didn’t want to go down the wrong road again. Meaning, if you have a particular pain point, he can address it manually as well. Every session starts with “how are you feeling today”, a small but very important question. Each of his workouts have purpose which systematically build on one another as he aims to consistently decrease pain and increase energy.

I found Sean while I was at a low point, suffering from debilitating low back pain and being unable to move freely.
